- Will this work on my make/model?
- Although we haven’t verified every make and model, we can say that
installation of the Gas4Free system is fairly easy on most vehicles.
Engine component across different manufactures are generally the same.
While their design is slightly different, their function is the same.

explains the proper installation process. Examples include fuel

The only concern with the Gas4Free system working with your specific make or model is whether the device itself will fit in the engine bay. The dimensions of the device are 6” 4” x 3”. The device was designed to be as small as possible, so finding space should not be a problem.
As for how much improvement in mileage you should expect, this is a difficult answer for a number of reasons. - This is a question we get a lot. You can build the Gas4Free
electrolyzer for as little as $40. It really depends on where you buy
the parts. When you order you’ll receive a list of parts required and
where to find the parts both locally and online. It’s best to purchase
the parts locally to save on shipping costs, but if you have to order
online, try and buy all the parts at few places to cut down on shipping
costs.
The overall system cost can vary from $60 to $150 depending on whether you build the entire system by hand or if you buy pre-assembled components. - How much should it cost to install the system?
- Again, this really depends on the type of car you have. Other factors include whether you are installing the system yourself or if you’re paying a mechanic. If you going to use a mechanic, find out how much they charge per hour. Most mechanics will be able to install an assembled system within 1-2 hours depending how familiar they are with your vehicle.
- Do you have site to order the parts if they are not available locally?
- Yes, when you purchase the Gas4Free package you’ll receive a full
list of all parts required to build this system. Most items can be
found at your local hardware store. If you have any trouble finding
these parts locally, we’ve included online stores that sell these parts.

to fit our technology. We can say that most vehicles do have enough

- Can you tell me more about the technology?
- Absolutely! Most of the questions you have are answered in our
books and in our knowledgebase. Once you’ve ordered and read all the

- We get this question a lot and it’s a great question. We use water
in our system to supplement the gas in your vehicle, and plain water
will freeze when it gets cold enough. Inside the books we explain what
you need to do to ensure the water does not freeze in the cold and
prevent the device from working.
The short answer is that we use an additive that easily obtainable from your local store to lower the freezing point of water. Your vehicle already includes many fluids that already do this. Take for example your windshield washer fluid. It’s made mostly of water and yet it doesn’t freeze in the winter. It’s because it includes an additive that changes the freezing point of water. All the details of this are included in the books. So don’t worry, water freezing in cold temperatures isn’t a problem. - What further modification would I have to make to run my car completely on water?
- That’s a great question and all we can say is more research is
needed. Although we believe that many people in the past have developed
100% water powered cars such as Stanley Meyer most of them have been
bought out or worse by the major oil companies.
Several patents have been granted in relation to water powered engines. Also, when you order, included in the package are some 100% water engine plans that may be very close to working. We haven’t done it yet ourselves. If you’re up for a challenge that my help us save the environment and our pocket books, we welcome you into this exciting field of research. - Does this work with diesel and bio-diesel?
- Yes, the Gas4Free system works great with diesel engines.
Installation instructions are essential the same as gas vehicles. In
many cases, installation may be even easier.
As for bio-diesel, it should work just fine. Our research has uncovered that bio-diesel combusts very similarly to regular diesel. We don’t know what type of gains you should expect because we’ve never had a bio-diesel vehicle in our facilities. - Does this work with turbo chargers?
- Yes, the Gas4Free system works fine with turbo chargers. Just make sure you install the device before the turbo charger and not after. Complete instructions are included in our books.
- Does this work with hybrid and natural gas?
- Yes, the installation for hybrid cars in exactly the same as gas
only vehicles. Using the Gas4Free system with hybrid technology will
allow for the highest possible MPG.
Natural gas engines are ideally suited for burning HHO. Natural gas is not liquid like gasoline so the design of a natural gas engine is slightly different than a regular gas engine. This design is optimal for our system and may enjoy the greatest efficiencies of all engine designs. - Does this system work with boats and other watercraft?
- Of course, boat engines are very similar to car engines. The only problem is protecting the electrical components from water exposure. Most of our research is spent on road vehicles and more testing needs to be done.
- Does this system work with motorcycles and scoters?
- While motorcycles and scoters use engines have differences when
compared to car engines they are generally the same only smaller. The
biggest difference is that some of these smaller engines are 2 cycle
instead of 4 cycle engines.
On issue with using our system is the size of the electrolyzer. With its current design, you would have to mount it externally. If you are up for it, you could take our plans and create a custom box that will fit better with your motorcycle or scoter. - Is there more information about using your system with big rigs?
- If you own a big rig, you can join multiple cells together to
produce massive amounts of energy. The specifics of how to do this is
included in our books. Also, most of the questions you have are

- HHO has many names such as brown’s gas and oxyhydrogen. What makes
HHO different from plain hydrogen is that it is a mixture of 2 parts
hydrogen (H2) and one part Oxygen (O). So HHO is hydrogen plus oxygen
in a gas form. It has the same hydrogen to oxygen ratio as water.
HHO is commonly used for blow torches. HHO is much more combustible that straight hydrogen because of the added oxygen. Amazingly, once HHO is burnt, all that is left is pure water. - Does your system damage my engine?
- The Gas4Free system uses HHO to boost the efficiencies of regular
gasoline engines. Complex fuels such as regular gasoline burn unclean
and leave a residue that reduces efficiency of your engine and over time
damages your engine.
HHO burns clean with water and its only by-product. When HHO is added to gasoline, gasoline burns cleaner, and in the long run, reduces damage to your engine. - Is this technology dangerous?
- Hydrogen and HHO can be dangerous is misused. Safety is very
important to us. The Gas4Free was designed with safety in mind. Our
system includes several safety gates that protect it from potential
problems. One example is our safety bubbler. The safety bubble is a
chamber filled with water that prevents sparks or flames from entering
into the electrolyzer.
Having said that, it’s important that you understand that this system isn’t any more dangerous than the technologies currently installed in your car. There are safety rules that you need to understand before using this system and they are all provided in the books.
In addition because this system produces hydrogen-on-demand, very small amounts of hydrogen is stored when compared to prototype hydrogen vehicles. This means that even if something’s was to go wrong, such as getting into an accident, there wouldn’t be enough stored hydrogen to cause a serious problem. - How often do you need to add water?
- Typically, you’ll need to add water once every 1-2 months depending on how much you drive. Adding water is system. Unlike some system, the Gas4Free hydrolyzer includes a twist cap where you can add water. It only takes minutes.
- Can you extend the system by adding additional devices?
- Yes, for bigger car, SUV and Trucks you may link multiple devices together to increase production as long as you have space of the devices in the engine bay. Information on how to do this is provided in our books.
- Can I order the parts locally?

- Will this cause vapor that will rust the insides of my car?
- Any water vapor generated by the hydrolyzer is absorbed by the bubble. As mentioned earlier, the bubble is a safety device included in the hydrolyzer housing that not only prevents sparks and flame from entering the HHO production area but also absorbs any water vapor created, thereby preventing water from entering the engine bay.
- How many amps does the unit draw from the electrical system?
- The Gas4Free hydrolyzer built using the specs provided in the books will typically average between 7-8 amps but may go as high as 12 amps at maximum draw.
